Privacy legal notice
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, "Code regarding the protection of personal data", describes the management methods of the "LifeWeee" site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is ANCI Toscana, Viale della Giovine Italia, 17, 50122 Firenze FI.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of the e-mail address to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests and guarantee access to the functions and services offered through the sites, as well as any other personal data entered. The processing of sensitive or judicial data is excluded and, if provided by the user, will be cancelled.
Place of data processing
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at ANCI Toscana, Viale della Giovine Italia, 17, 50122 Firenze FI and at the headquarters of the Tuscany Region - Regional Council or in offices defined by the Tuscany Region itself and are only handled by technical personnel of the office in charge of the processing, or by the managers designated by the owner. No personal user data is acquired by the site for this purpose.
